How level 3 skillers really do get slayer up. Many ignorant people say recoils - which don't even work.
I got the 35k exp from a few weeks of saving up my penguin points, from the "distractions and diversions" mini-game.

Hi, Here is my video of how level 3 skillers train the skill: Runecrafting.
The Video Is Speeded Up.
When you get 54 Runecrafting I will suggest that you train rc by making law runes.
You buy the pouches by wizard korzak in the Runecrafting Guild
Large Pouch = 25k
Giant Pouch = 50k
Large Pouch Repair = 9k
Giant Pouch Repair = 12k
Do the quest Enlightened Jorney
When you have that, go entrana and bring 10 yew logs with you, then fly to cw.
Follow a guide which you can find by searching on youtube/google.
From Castle Wars To Entrana It Cost 1 Normal Log Each Time.
If you going to do this alot then buy:
1000-3000 Pure Essence.
50 Duel Rings
20-100 Super Energy Pots (4)
Still have minimum 150k gp left in bank.

This video only shows you how to kill the two main enemy's. You have to the enemy once to make it count as your kill. As always you need to use recoils to kill the enemy. You have 6 minutes to kill the enemy so don't waste time. If you are having a hard time with time you can always have a friend use venge other on you which is shown during the last enemy fight.
For the second enemy you have 6 minutes to kill him which is hard to do on your own. Have friend with high level magic use the Venge Other spell on you (Shown for the second boss in video). This will help speed things up, I believe the second enemy has a max hit of 6 so it shouldn't be much of a problem, just make sure you kill it in 6 minutes or less.
As for food, your going to need a lot of it. Bring Meat Pizza or any pizza better then it. Also have a friend carry food and extra recoils for you, your going to need a lot.
As for anything else use a guide for the quest.
