Ok the 400 quad is over here, so drama is some where here and.omg theres Kevin, better just move away before he sees me staring at him. But my eye caught 2 other guys who looked some what like him, I wonder if there Brothers Just then one of the boys, (probably the youngest) pointed at me, and Kevin turned around to see me with a smile on his face, and started running up to me. Oh no what do I do!? End Of Medinas Pov Kevin: Hey new girl, nice seeing you again! Medina: um. I have a name you know its called, Medina! Its not hard to pronounce Kevin: oh, right ya I knew that!*laughs stupidly* so um you have trouble finding your classes? Medina: no not really, Im just looking for hey what are you- Kevin *grabs her schedule* HEY you have drama, Leahs in that class to! You should have let her help you. Medina: ya I should have! Now can I have my sched back please! *annoyed* Kevin: Whoa dont bite me, just helping ya! *hands it back* just turn go down and make a left, its the firs door you wont miss it. Medina: thank you, I guess I will see you later (I hope so) Kevin: ya, me too- *bell rings* OH CRAP! I gotta go Im late AGAIN, Ms. Pickel is gonna kill me! *runs off* BYE NEW GIRL! Ya what a pleasure, like I care about some new girl. Medina: *ignores her, and smiles warmly* Oh ya nice to meet you I guess I made a new friend! Roxy: *whispers to Leah* ya right! Leah: *whispers back* Be nice shes never been to a real school, give her some slack! Roxy: what ev- omg theres Nick! Aaaahhhhh! He looks super hot today! Leah: you say that every day! Besides he not yours hes Wicys boyfriend! Medina: Whos Nick? Roxy: My future boyfriend! Leah: Dont listen to her! Nick is Kevins youngest brother, theres Joe to but hes a complete jerk! Roxy: Oh stop playing Leah you know you like him! Leah: uh hu no I dont *blushes red* Roxy: Whatever you say. [Nick walks up to them] Nick: Hey Roxy,Leah and Medina is it? Medina: How do you know my name? Nick: My older brother talks about you a lot. Leah: ooohhh! Medina: [thinks] that little jerk was playing with me! He knew my name. But in a way its cute. Roxy: [flirting] You look cute today Nick. [smiles] Nick: Um.. Thanks? [Joe joins them] Joe: Hey Leah! Leah: Hi. Joe: So there's this party tonight... Leah: cool. Roxy: Leah! He's asking you to go with him! Leah: No he isn't [looks at Joe] Right? Joe: Um..I'm asking you to come with me as a date. So ya. Leah: um... Roxy: Come on Leah. Leah: Fine. But no holding hands..nothan! Joe: Fine! [goes sits down] [everyone sits down in their seats] Medina: [whisper to Nick] Hey Nick.. Nick: what? Medina: You know that you should ask out Roxy..She really likes you. Nick: [out loud] She what! [Whole class stares at her..] (class hasn't start yet] Nick: I have a girlfriend. Roxy: What you two talking about? Nick: Um..I'm going to sit in the back of the class. [leaves and sits beside his gf] Roxy: Her Medina! Medina: [scared] yes? Roxy: What you say to him? Medina: he he. That you like him Roxy: You what!? Medina: Sorry.. Leah: Come on Roxy she didn't know. Roxy: You know what. Don't want to anything with this. [talks to other people] Leah: Sorry Medina. She can be hard to be with sometimes. Shes not everyone's friends Medina: don't worry. You pushed her away and made her leave! I hate you! *He ran out of the room* I was surprisingly very hurt. I was always Frankies favorite. Me- Frank wait, shes gone? Kevin- Yeah, mom went with her! She didnt want her to be alone! Shes so depressed, man! Me- if you care so much, why didnt you stop her before she left?! Kevin- SHE LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT SO NO ONE COULD STOP HER! What did you say to her last night? Kevin SR.- Nicholas, you are very shameful. I am very disappointed in you! I hated that. When dad said he was disappointed. I was still trying to comprehend her being gone. They left the room and I immediately broke down. I couldnt believe I pushed her so hard! If I could go back, I would in a heartbeat! Or would I?  | A recent report by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) notes that some health professionals and patients may not realize that Jantoven is a Brand name for the drug Warfarin That could result in inadvertently prescribing and dispensing two warfarin-containing medications for the same Patient ISMP cites the case of a Patient who had been taking Warfarin at home and continued the drug while in the hospital. On discharge, the physician instructed that the Patient continue Warfarin at home, and he wrote a new Warfarin prescription. The community pharmacy dispensed Jantoven without discussing the nature of the drug with the Patient or asking whether the Patient was already taking Warfarin The Patient not realizing that the newly prescribed drug was Warfarin by another name, took both medications, and that resulted in a severely elevated INR. ISMP suggests several ways to avoid these kinds of errors, including: ? If a Brand name Warfarin is prescribed, show both the Brand name and the generic name on the prescription label. ? When dispensing the prescription, discuss the nature of the drug with the Patient to be sure that he or she is not already taking another warfarin-containing drug. ? When patients are discharged from the hospital, counsel them about the prescriptions they are receiving and what each of them is for.
