Also, the raking of the heel and toes on the snap back into your stance can be really freakin' annoying to your opponent, which distracts them from their thought process; giving you the split second you need to set up any follow-up.

She was walking when she saw jake there. She tried to walk past him who was staring as the sun was rising.. But he saw her and came in front of her to stop her Jess:let me go please Jake jessica please..dont be difficult just admit it.you love me more than ur boyfriend and it wasnt my fault I told you- Jess:just sshut up! Feel free to Google the actors/actresses names if you have never heard of them before. The story is: When a notorious assassin (Thomas Kretschmann) kills the newly elected American president (Forest Whitaker) MI6's best agent James Bond (Daniel Craig) has to track him down. He pursues him to Alaska, Nevada, New York, London, Tokyo and Edinburgh. After a spectacular fight on the top of Big Ben Bond kills Schneider and M (Judi Dench) is outrages when they can't find out who hired him. It leads Bond to Moscow where he finds out the shady Russian primeminister (Vladimir Vdovichenkov) is behind it and he declares a chemical war against England poisoning the water supply. Can James Bond save the day? The song is Palladio by Karl Jenkins, Britains Got Talent semi-finalists, Escala, done a cover of it.
