 | SLA made history today by capturing Poonaryn the last LTTE bastion on the western coastline. The significance of this historic event has several aspects. First and foremost, now the Army has a land base supply route to Jaffna. Secondly, the whole west cost is free from LTTE activities enabling SL Navy to strengthen their positions in east coast. Thirdly, paranthan, Kilinochchi and Elephant pass all are very much prone to Army offenses. And most importantly, this is a great reflection of how weak the LTTE is at this moment. Pro-LTTE media is dead silent about recent Army victories. They are loosing their money laundering and offshore funding as well as faith of expatriates. Fall of Kilinochichi is not far. Its now just a matter of days. There is news that 55 and 53 divisions are extending their FDLs meaning a major siege on Elephant Pass is nearing.

 | As I was driving home, my head was spinning at what just happened. I can't believe he would just kiss me like that. It kept replaying in my mind over and over again. My mouth went dry at the constant thought of it and when I licked my lips I swear I could still taste him. I can't be thinking like that I Love Kevin and that's that. I got home and I realized that I had been driving around for awhile so Kevin was already asleep but it looked like he was already tossing around. I got into my PJ's and hopped into bed and tried to get some sleep. The next day started out like any other day. I got up, I got dressed and unfortunately I had to wait for Nick to get there. When he showed up I quickly told him I'd be home early so he could visit Emily. I made sure I mentioned her name in case he forgot. I started to walk out the door and he grabbed my arm. Nick: wait, please. I need to talk to you. Me: There's nothing to talk about, I have to go. Nick: Just say you don't hate me right now. I couldn't handle it if you did. Me: I don't hate you but I have to go. He loosened the grip on my arm but as he did his hand slid down to my hand and held it for a moment. My palms started to get sweaty at his touch. I hate my body right now for reacting this way Me: Please Nick, I have to go. Nick: Not until you look at me. I let go of his hand quickly and walked out the door. I tried to not think about it at all and it was finally starting to work. I knew all I had to do was go back upstairs at the end of the day and say goodbye to Nick as normal as possible and I don't have to worry about him until Monday. I went upstairs and I saw that Kevin was up and walking around a little trying to get used to walking in the cast. I didn't see Nick. Kevin Hey sexy, How was your day? Me: boring, How was yours? Kevin Ok, Oh by the way Nick is coming back later. He's gonna spend the night again. Me: What? He needs to spend time with Emily. Kevin I let him leave earlier. That's where he is now. He didn't want to go home. Mom was pestering him about her and he didn't want to hear it again. Me: oh, OK Kevin Why, was that a problem? Me: No, I guess not. Well I thought I was off the hook but I guess I was wrong.
