As requested, a review of my MAC Select Cover Up Concealer in NW20- my personal fav!
This are just my opinions about this particular product, if you differ good for you. haha that sounded so snotty. I 'copped a 'tude.
NC OR NW
On MAC's website it describes if you have golden-yellow coloring you are a Cool or NC tone
If you have pink undertones in your skin you are a warm or a NW.
However, MAC also has this on their website:
"Please bear in mind, finding the "right" colour is something very subjective. Most people will wear a variety of different shades throughout the year because the colour of skin changes according to the lighting, the seasons, and physical well being."
I feel certain yellows can go into the NW area, just go and test and find the right shade for you! I'm just trying to review the product, no color lesson in mind :) Any other questions on coloring I would suggest to just go into MAC and get tested for your color! NW just works for me.
Also, for questions on Studio Fix and specific foundations please visit your local MAC or any beauty counter and ask a MA or Guide. It's too hard to subjectively tell someone what foundation to buy based on other colors, tones, and concealers. thanks!
