The Chipettes cover Material Girl by Madonna in the episode Sisters. In this episode, Brittany wants to join a club of the most popular girls in the school called the Sisters, but to do so has to avoid her real sister, Jeanette.
This is a new Chipette video I made. I got a little tired of people complaining about my other Chipette video. LOL, so I decided to make this. It is a song from one of the episodes and I made a small music video out of it.
I originally had the link for this episode that I posted on another site. However the site deleted my account because I uploaded that video. I just like to apologize to all that wanted the episode. I had it up a while ago. And I recieved so much mail with people who wanted to see the video. I just like to apologize to all the people who wanted to see it.

I forgot all about this movie until the other day. Any 90's kid will remember! I used to like Alvin and the Chipmunks, but I loved the Chipettes! They were so cute, and still are!
I did this film for fun. I wanted a break from other projects and things going on in the real world. I debated whether or not to post, but I figured what the heck, why not?
Keepin the love alive for classic stuff like this!

Another cover, this time with backstory!
While it is a well-known fact The chipMUNKS Idolized John Lennon and the Beatles, The ChipETTES (Eleanor, Britney and Jeanette from left to right in the video.) went a difrent route. They became huge admirers of the flaboiant Freddie Murcury and His equally populer band, "Queen".
Britney, The leader of the Chipette-trio, had this to say...
"...Freddie was such a showman on stage. The fact that his personal life was abit strange took absolutly nothing away from him...He had this incredably charizmatic flavore that he would bring into eatch and every one of his preformances, And we all looked up to him like a mentore throughout The 70's and 80's, trying to imitate his vocal-skills. (Chuckles) Though, I don't think we were ever able to pull it off!"
In 1991, Murcury had passed away due to sickness induced by aids. Britney recalls the moment, saying...
"What can you do? I mean...It was a shock! he never even admitted to having it untill it was too late! It tore us up, y'know? Aids is a horrible thing, and for it to happen to our biggest influcence was...Un-bearable..."
Nonetheless, britney was determined to give something back...in early 1992, mere months after his death, Britney organised a special recording session of "Bohemian Rhapsoddy" to pay respects to thier hero..
"We Knew we had to do something." She Said "I had allways felt that "Bo-Rhap" was his most artistic work. The combination of lamentfullnes and mock-opera was just stunning...So we got in the studio and it was like magic..I always cry durring the second verse. "Too late, my time has come..Sends shivers down my spine, Boddy's aching all the time..." I can only imagine that thats what must've been buzzing in his mind thoes last, painfull houars..We had to do it, we just had too--if there was one song we could've done, it had to be that one."
The Cover consists of Britney on lead vocals and piano, as well as the other two chipettes on harmony. even Alvin and Theodoor can be heard on lead guitar and drums in that order, plus Simon on harmonies, too.
"Our favourite part was the opera bit." Said Jeanette.
"...Simon singing "BISMILAH!" with Elle's high vocal at the end...I think freddie would've been proud of us."
"All the words came back like that! I really gave One-hundred-and-ten-percent on it....Freddie, Sweetie, I love you!!! And i know if you were here right now, You'd want us to "Carry on, as if nothing really matters..." Rest in peace, Honey!! *Mwah*"
