Science now suggests that the laws of Quantum Mechanics also works on the macro level in the real world. In experiments, particle twins will mirror each other's behavior at substantial distances. Extrapolating quantum physics into the real world, it may be that at any moment there are infinite possibilities, then, as you put your attention on an outcome or desire, it can manifest in direct proportion to how much belief and emotion your pour into your thoughts. This sort of thing has been said many different ways, but this is my explanation! Your milage may vary :o)
