 | An official Amnesty International video that they screened at the AIUK AGM meeting 2006. Some amazing footage and a really motivating video - I got a copy to show my Amnesty youth group at our meeting and it really inspired them to get active. I have decided to share it as it is amazing viewing, and I think it will spark the imagination and enthusiasm of most audiences.

Then use the free software 'iSquint' (Google it) to convert it to a QuickTime file. You can download any Youtube video this way, but you need to use a Mac to do it. I didn't tell you how to do this, shhhh. Please use this video wisely - I do not own the Copyright to it, but if it is used to advertise and raise awareness of Amnesty International and human rights abuses then I'm sure they wouldn't mind. Americans made it clear they want a full 2,300 mile fence and a stop to all illegal immigration. "La politique de la peur a dominé l'année 2006. Des dirigeants sans principes ont délibérément manipulé les inquiétudes pour susciter des divisions, réprimer l'opposition et éviter d'avoir à rendre des comptes. Des gouvernements ont entretenu un climat d'intolérance propice aux conflits et aux exactions, créant un véritable espace de non-droit que des entreprises et des groupes armés ont exploité à leurs propres fins.
Le Rapport 2007 d'Amnesty International rend compte de la situation des droits humains dans 153 pays et territoires en 2006. Il donne à voir un monde ravagé par les conflits armés, la répression et la discrimination, où des femmes sont perpétuellement exposées à la violence et où des populations entières affrontent la pauvreté et l'exclusion sociale.
