So for this video i tried to be creative and put a story to it. its a bit cheesy i will warn you now xD but its the good cheesy, the kind in the can ;D I waited especially for 51/52 to finish this vid, thats why it took so long xD I really hope you guys like it, i'm not too great with stories, but what ev ;D --------------------- I really suck at writing descriptions, b/c i suck at explaining things lol but i'll try to get my story as clear as i can, but i'm sure by watching the video you guys will pretty much understand whats going on =] I tried to keep then as much in character as i could too. Hope you enjoy it, took me forever to finish this! Feedback is always appreciated =] --------------- It starts off by showing sasuke walking in the rain looking hurt and sad. he hears sakura's voice he turns around and realized its just in his head. it shows a memory sasuke is having of what happened earlier that day. sakura and sasuke had been dating, and both of them were so happy but sasuke decided that revenge was more important to him than sakura. he leaves sakura, who is devastated by his decision. sasuke doesn't realize till later that he made a mistake and once he left her, he would never be the same. that memory ends and then he starts remembering all the times she was there for him [each blue scene in this part represents the start of a new memory] from the time sasuke left, all he could think about was sakura and everywhere he went there she would be, or at least thats what he wanted. he slowly comes to realize how much he still loves her and how he made such a big mistake and hows he hurt her so much.he decides to go back to her, and hopes she will forgive him. he gets back to the village and looks everywhere for her only to find shes no longer there. sasuke feels so guilty and so sad. he decides he wont stop looking for her till he finds her. 3 years pass and he finally finds her. Once sakura hears her name she is in shock and the scene fades from gray to color to represent that everything from then on is not a memory/past, its all present. sakura is shocked by the sudden reappearance of sasuke. he tells her how sorry he is and sakura starts to remember what he did to her, all the tears she's cried and how sorry isn't enough this time. she gets mad and shows sasuke exactly how she feels. sasuke is surprised by this. He then starts to remember the past, and how much he's hurt her. He then see's how much she is still hurting right now. sakura still loves him deep down but she knows revenge will always be his first priority.. she runs away leaving him there sad and confused. Story: BEWARE LENGTH- AU EXTREME Years after Zack's Death Tifa can't seem to get over it, may it be guilt or some deeper trauma. This manifests itself in the form of night terrors. Cloud, worried, will wake her, only to find her more lost to him than in her sleep. She doesn't know who he is, constantly mistaking him for his best friend, Zack. Cloud feels lost, but desperately tries to reach the woman he loves. Tifa seems lost in another time. She has convinced herself that Zack is not dead, but merely missing. She spends all of her time searching for him but with no avail. Her searches always end at the church where her own past meets up with her. Zack's memory is there, constantly sad at the fact that his love can't move on. He shows her the memory of his death. When the Shinra troops attacked, she was the one at his side when he died. He hopes that by remembering, she can eventually heal but it merely sends Tifa unconscious. Cloud takes her back to the house, where his own insecurities take over. He feels as if he was the one that died that night and not his best friend. He feels as if, in Tifa's eyes, he is turning into Zack. Meanwhile Tifa sleeps, memories of that night turn into a dream, in which Zack is reaching for her, but she can't reach back. When she wakes, she finds Cloud. Recognizing him, she asks him if he found "him". Cloud tries to tell Tifa, but she cuts him off, resolute to find Zack herself. She searches for him again, once again finding herself in the church. Zack's Memory is there, but instead of showing her his death again, he leaves. Tifa falls to the ground heart broken. As she falls unconscious, Cloud comes. Once again Tifa wakes, and although she seems to recognize Cloud at first, it soon changes. Cloud, seemingly resigned to this, says he's there... Zack's Memory shines through him breifly, sarrow at the fact that his death caused so much pain for the ones he loves, but he knows, it's already over. (NO HAPPY ENDING FOR YOU!! :( Angst much?) Clearly that's too many leaders. So how many leaders should there be, what should they do, what shouldn't they do, and what skills do they need? This will be a presentation and discussion of leadership roles in software development -- what works, what doesn't and why. Speaker: Mary Poppendieck Mary Poppendieck started her career as a process control programmer, moved on to manage the IT department of a manufacturing plant, and then ended up in product development, where she was both a product champion and department manager. Mary considered retirement 1998, but instead found herself managing a government software project where she first encountered the word "waterfall." When Mary compared her experience in successful software and product development to the prevailing opinions about how to manage software projects, she decided the time had come for a new paradigm. She wrote the award-winning book Lean Software Development: An Agile Toolkit in 2003 to explain how the lean principles from manufacturing offer a better approach to software development. Over the past six years, Mary has found retirement elusive as she lectures and teaches classes with her husband Tom.
