This is the Two Tone Army video but as seen on the MTV SKAturday show back in 1997(?) It is essentially the same video, just with the MTV title credits and SKAturday logo.
From their album Hard Band For Dead.

http://www.v8tvshow.com - The GTO came to us in primer, but we didn't want it to hit the streets on the Hot Rod Power Tour in boring light gray. So the decision was made to shoot the car with a fun 2-tone paint scheme of charcoal and Scarlet red in PPG basecoat to give the car an aggressive, satin look. Other materials used include lots of 3M tape and mask paper. Someday the car will receive some new bodywork and a more complete paint job, but this is the deal for now.
Here is my video review of the Citizen Eco-Drive Calbre 8700 Series BL8004-53E 2 tone watch. I modified it with a brown leather strap, but it is available with a 2 tone polished stainless steel bracelet as well as many variations.
We are digitally distributing Two Tone Club's via all online download stations! This video comes as a bonus vid from their "Turn Off" album which was mixed by our very own Victor Rice! Check out this French band @ www.twotoneclub.com

All about The Hotknives
Ska legends The Hotknives were originally formed in 1982 by a group of friends interested in ska, dub, reggae and Northern Soul. They recorded two live albums, "Live at the boatman" and "Live and Skanking" before recording their first studio album, "The Way Things Are" in 1989.
Having reached the top of the 3rd Wave ska scene and been banned from Radio in the UK, the band decided to call it a day in 1993. In 1994 the band reformed, this time with Marc Carew of Long Tall Texans fame and Richard "Bosky" Allen from Too Many Crooks . The band started to regularly tour Europe with their infectious ska rhythms and memorable melodies.
In 1996 the band released their second studio album "Home" to rave reviews on the ska scene. In 2000 the band released their next studio album,"Screams, Dreams and Custard Creams" getting in the top 10 in the Zoom charts in Germany. In 2003 they had their most recent and dynamic line-up change to date with the addition of Stuart Brown on guitar and Marc Carew taking over on lead vocals. The band continued to build up their following in Europe, headlining both ska and rock festivals and are due to headline festivals in Germany and the Czech republic in the summer. Being described as influenced by The Clash, The Specials, The Cure and Madness as well as original 60s ska, the band are currently working on their fourth studio album to be released later this year.
The Hotknives have just returned from their first tour in Japan and would like to thank all their new mates there. What lovely lovely people you are.

**PLEASE WATCH THIS IN HIGH QUALITY!**
I must have been mad to film this in -8*c temperatures, but oh well. I took a trip down to West Worthing at 00:25am to video GBRf 73205 and a GLV De-Icer working:
1Y92 Tonbridge West Yard - Tonbridge West Yard
De-Icing run around Sussex. This working will run most nights this winter, de-iceing the third rail so it doesn't freeze over and cause massive delays and cancellations the next day.
I was bloody freezing when I filmed this and the heavy breathing at the start proves how cold it was. Sorry, I didn't use a tripod as my hands were too cold to set it up, lol.
Cheers driver for the 2 tone.
Enjoy!

Why?
Friday Night, Saturday Morning
Ghost Town marked the pinnacle of the labels achievements. Critics have called it "one of few singles to reflect perfectly a period in history" and "one of the most important records of our time". Released at a time when Prince Charles and Lady Diana were about to marry and inner city riots swept Britain the single summed up perfectly the irony of the whole period. It stayed on the number 1 spot for 3 weeks and became the labels first single to sell a million copies and also marked the first UK 12 inch from 2 Tone.
With the exception of Dance Craze 2 Tone had been very quiet throughout the first half of 1981 and friction was becoming apparent within the Specials camp. According to Terry Hall the recording of the single was dogged by bad feeling among the various band members even getting to the stage were they wouldn't go into the studio together. The arrangements of the singles' others tracks also caused ill feeling. Terry Hall would have preferred his composition Friday Night Saturday Morning to have consisted of just him and a piano in a pub sing-a-long type fashion but in the end he had to make do with version which was released.
The structure of the song Ghost Town has also been a topic of conversation. The typical format of verse-chorus-verse was set aside in favour of what was indeed a very unusual sounding record. Given the fact that it was recorded on 8 track it makes it even more remarkable.
With a number one single on their hands Chrysalis Records pushed the boat out and produced a video to accompany the song. In usual 2 Tone fashion it was a very simple video which involved the band squeezed into one car driving around what appear to be empty roads. More interesting are the 2 Top Of The Pops appearances the band made to promote the single. Both performances saw the band expanded to a 11 piece which included Rico, Dick Cuthell, Rhoda Dakar and ex-Swinging Cat, Paul Heskett on flute. It was obvious from these appearances that the band had dropped the trademark tonic suits and crops in favour of more 80s casual look. A few months later 3 band members dropped the band all altogether and that was the end of The Specials but not 2 Tone.

This town, is coming like a ghost town
All the clubs have been closed down
This place, is coming like a ghost town
Bands won't play no more
too much fighting on the dance floor
Do you remember the good old days
Before the ghost town?
We danced and sang,
And the music played inna de boomtown
This town, is coming like a ghost town
Why must the youth fight against themselves?
Government leaving the youth on the shelf
This place, is coming like a gho
