i love how you are epic at teaching all of these, and I've learned so much in 2 and a half days!
but you still make the same human errors as us, and dont edit it out :)

Bucky to choose how the icons appear in interface builder just right click on the Library box icon area and choose how you want to view them. You can also use the box on the lower left hand corner to choose the view option too.
These tutorials are all awesome! Thank Bucky! You seem to have moved on to saving data, but we didn't finish making the pickers. We did datepicker and single picker, but did'n't do the other ones. Did I miss something?!?
If you want your icons back to where they belong, you just have to go into the library, and in the bottom, look at your left, and see the little setting button, click it and choose only icons.
That's all.
I have been looking for apps on the app store that teach you how to use iphone sdk. when you consider all the objective C tutorials and the iphone sdk tutorials, they are worth more than the what the app would cost.
