This is HILARIOUS! Ironic how it supports the famous quote of Einstein, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." It was by imagination people proved the world to be round, that there are other planets, that we are not the center of the universe, and so forth. Of course, none of these ideas were excepted right away; people were emotionally too attached to their beliefs to do that, (some still are.) But beliefs, as this film so eloquently points out, are just games of the mind.
I rented What the Bleep Do We Know after seeing this series of trailers. Not only was I disappointed, I thought what do we know thought it was what the f**k. I kept waiting on the funny. Full length movie please :)
@leslielandberg I hope my humor is more based on good vibes than
mocking people and things.. I don't find that humorous, no matter how others
try to make me feel stupid for not laughing.
"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident."
- Arthur Schopenhauer
Of course astronauts see the Earth, they were not aware of the Earth?..
They said the theory was a theory of possibilities. What was misunderstood?
The movie represented a state of consciousness that obviously many so called scientists are having difficulty dealing with, for they have to deal with their ego most of all.. and make parody clips and get applause to satisfy it.
Could quantum mechanics represent the passage or Arrow of Time?
This theory is based on just two postulates,
1.The first is that the quantum wave particle function explained by Schrödinger's wave equation represents the forward passage of time or Arrow of Time itself photon by photon, quanta by quanta or moment by moment.
2. The second is that Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle that is formed by the wave function is the same uncertainty we have with any future event.
TO the comment from GoTsTiLoz dude.. come on... I dedicating my life to Physics.. literally. BUt this shit is FUNNY!! Don't be so serious, like someone taking the Bible literally. Shit is hilarious! Yeah it's fucked, and quantum physics could not be more real but soooo funny. Like i just watched this three times in a row and am still laughing. And I am also writing an essay on Physics as I am laughing. hahahah ima watch it again.
WoW your making fun of the "EXAMPLES" they mentioned. They didnt litterally mean the native americans didnt see the ships, it was a figure of speech. just shows how ignorant you are about information that is in science. and to add on that. your exactly the type of person who they are talking about. so that tells me you probably didnt watch the whole video to get the whole plot of their story.
@RichieW "new ager", "cultist".......Gotta love primitive trolls who have labels and insults for everyone who thinks.
Buddy, I've met you a thousand times in my life. You're no different from every other egotistical, intellectually delusional douche bag. You LOVE yourself, and you LOVE your opinions. So go ahead, continue to post ignorance for attentions sake.
Anyone can mock an idea, not many can propose them.
Don't ever forget where you stand, RichieW. You ride the coattails of society.
@OneHandHigh lol a new ager asking for (capitalised) credible source, when you know very well I cant link stuff here, here's a thought, go to Wikipedia, there's little numbers after large claims, they're called sources.
"Scientists who have reviewed What the Bleep Do We Know!? have described distinct assertions made in the film as pseudoscience."
not that sources are important to you cultists.
@RichieW "folks that contributed even accused the makers of hoodwinking them into it and misrepresenting their views."
All youtube is, is full of people with huge claims, but ZERO evidence to back it up. Where are you getting your info? Give me the link you read that on. That the contributors were misrepresented. Seriously, I dare you to quote some CREDIBLE sources, not just websites with claims.
@RichieW I've read it before, and I've also know about the studies of quantum physics since before 03, soooo, my balls your chin. Quantum physics is not science, and now we create big bang particles with it
@Shakmastershake /facepalm... read the Wikipedia including the criticism and reception section. It's new age mumbojumbo dressed up as science. ask any physicist. who are also scientists, by the way.
