I own Vizio 42 LCD. ABSOLUTE CRAP! After 17 months it died. No picture. Picture was good while it lasted. But, the point is it didn't last.
Contacted customer service and the person on the other end was rude at best. Response was you are out of luck BC the 1yr warranty is up. So, I can only expect a $1000 dollar TV to last a year? Her response is you can't have any expectation on how long electronics will last. Well, I have two TVs that are 18 and 15 yrs old and they function perfectly.

One mjor problem with VIZIO TV is that they took out the TV Guide features due to copyright infrigment when other companies still have them in their TV. The Tv Guide feature is what let u know upcoming shows today and tomorr.
