1988 vs the Iranian Navy after the guided-missile frigate, USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG 58), was severely damaged by an Iranian naval mine. The Iranian Navy was basically wiped out in what was the biggest surface-warfare battle since World War II, which is a main reason why most of our enemies want no part of a naval battle with the US.
I been aboard this Ship it is amazingly fast and its five inch guns and SeaWhizz are impressive!. I think this ships design is pretty well balanced. Although its Mass is made of Fiberglass and even some its hatchs its still impressive plus its radars can detect enemys extremely fast. AWSOME SHIP!
Nobody else has a Navy that can compare to ours. But you don't put the big stick on the fire just because nobody else has one or you don't need to whack anyone over the head today.
I do like to play with words, I must admit. I had some compelling mystical information which suggests that I am supposed to move to Toledo and Toledo is off of Lake Erie. I also have a parallel metaphorical situation that coincides with this clip. We're vessels, right? Right. Now, for the literal comment regarding the clip...nice post. It is a very good warship. That Standard/AEGIS combination is pretty reliable and it is great for fleet defense. Nice post.
