    The knees and elbows should not extend beyond the toes, because they are weaker past that point. This man is very grounded and connected.

    Having seen all the more popular videos I stumbled upon this one. He is the best I have seen with one question mark as perhaps I am not at that level. I have been taught to stretch my arms all the way out, but of course the elbow is not extended. Maybe he is more advanced. Wish I could ask my Sifu for his comments.

    Nice to see the traditional zhi rou taiji from shanghai, is lacking peng but good. True that it is only the first set but the whole form takes 30 minutes and most novices lose interest after a few minutes. Honestly people should refrain from commenting when they don't know what they are talking about, this is good tai chi that takes hard work to master.
