MrDSiReview and liammiller18 are both right -- it's pronounced Soo Doh Koo or "pseudo-coo".
In Japanese, their "u" makes an "oo" sound and "o" makes "oh", so Soo-Doh-Koo is correct.
As of today there are 4 on the DSiWare Shop channel. I might get the EA one since it's only 200 points and offer Hard modes too.

in Europe they just brought out the brainage suduku. which is most likely less puzzles and a brain age test thrown in lol. Suduku master looks more worth the points :)
