How much product do you use ti fill in a regular pan - like M.A.C.'s pans for instance?? I mean, if you take pigment from a 1 gr jar, will there be a few/lot/half of the jar left? Thank you. Od.
@MinuteXify it should just be compressed but it can be a messy process. it only looks like your losing pigment but you're really not because it's so aerated in the little jars.
@duckyxoxo3 26mm round is the standard size pan that MAC, TKB and Coastal Scents as well as others use for their palettes. The 36mm are usually for blush, as far as i know.
thanks for this vid its really helpful , i used cheaper pigments not mac and they dried out using just the alchohol off to buy some glycerin tomorrow , :o)
The ingredients don't include butylene glycol - which is one of the key ingredients. The closest thing to butylene is glycerine, but the best mix according to Koren on YT is butylene glycol, dimethicone and xanthium gum :)
I've used the glyercine method and think it's great, I don't have the need to buy pressing mediums!
