hey could any1 help me with the fuji finepix s1900??? what r the disadvantages and advantages, would u reccomend it, can i do panoramic shots and motion blur and macro and time exposre shots>? (i dont know much about cameras thats y im asking so many questions)
well 24 megapixels will take you pictures at 24MB each, in RAW mode and about 12-18MB in jpeg. So how many shots you think you can take with this ? Plus that pixel per pixel is NOT as clear as you think, in fact quite blurry. An up scaled image from a 12 mp sensor will look just the same, so what's the point here ?
They made a sensor to appeal the chickens but what about the lens ? Or what about the image sizes in MB ? Or what about efficiency and fast processing ? Well, NOTHING about that.
when i think of a professional camera, i think about the mamiya, hasselblad, and other medium format cameras.
its not about the megapixels, its about the sensor.
The 5DII is a good camera, but totally isn't in the same league as the D3x. The less than optimum skin tones, old focus, slow shooter, etc.. It sells well because of its price and is better than the Sony. Have you not noticed that the Canon 1ds3 sells for over $6,000? The D3x sells for around $7.2k retail.
They are charging 8000 bucks for this baby.
And it has ISO range of 100-1600.
Canon 5D mk2 has 100-6400 with the extended of 25600.
I know it has a shutter that would last 300,000 times against the canon's 150,000 times.
But i ll take the canon
