Two things I've been meaning to try. Infrared timelapse and the Nine inch Nails Ghost album. Lots of fun. Shot this one with the panasonic G1 with nikon 20/3.5, cokin IR filter. Enjoy and please pass it on!
Awesome. Are you still time-lapsing or have you moved to speeding up HD video? Very slick. I did a less slick Nine Inch Nails time-lapse of the Wild fires last year. Their songs work so well.
At 2:00 that shot made me think of an alternative universe for some unknown reason. The whole look of this video is really well done. I cut a video to the same NIN track as well, check it out when you got time.
hey thanks. I realize now I should have been more conscious of the WB... I simply set to sunny and worked a bit in post. Been trying some WB variations lately for better tonality.
the scene at 2:20 is mindblowing.
did you try and see what it looks like if you convert the colours? use a custom white balance of some foliage to get a nice set of tones, then swap some channels to get a wicked effect.
