IF I WERE YOU SKIP TO MACRO!!!! Im a first time photographer and please tell me what you think! (any comments containing criticism and or cursing will be immediatly deleted)
Yah, to be a good photographer try to be more diverse in you shooting, try black and whites, long shutter speeds that can be put on the tripod, mess with your aperture, and dont try to force your channel to in to cameras, but more into tips and photos
Try going to your local library and get some photography books. Your camera equipment isn't as important as the way you use it. This is a good book to start with. amazon.com/Photography-Complete-Guide-Taking-Photographs/dp/184340270X
If you put work in to your craft you will get heaps better. Good luck.
im sorry but you have a ton of great cameras and flashes and everything but by the looks of this video it seems like you have no idea what you are doing, do you have a flickr or somewhere that has more recent photos?
@navaltamathew What does a photographer do? Takes pictures right? Yes! Ok so taking pictures of trees is still taking photos. Give the kid a break, he is learning just like anyone else. You never stop learning. The point is he likes it and it is productive. When you become a real photographer and you love taking pictures you will start to look at everything in a different "artistic" way. Where every picture you take has a point.
wow these people are criticizing u and they know that u are a first time photographer watASSHOLES iam ur age to and im a first time photographer also maybe me and u can work on pics and stuff i only have a canon eos rebel g but it is a fantastic camera
hey these are good i would zoom and do more macro and close ups, but its winter and there are so many great photo opertunitys out there, you have good potential
Not bad, but you could do better. Just because it's winter doesn't mean there aren't any good shots. Look around, look for unusual things. You really do need to work on your composition. Cropping would be a good idea too. If you can't afford Photoshop, get GIMP.
You have some really nice gear, don't let it go to waste. I use a point and shoot, and not to sound full of myself, but my photos are a bit better than yours. The photographer makes the photograph, not the camera.
hey you got some decent pics in there. just keep shooting and i think you'll improve a lot. try shooting from different positions, shoot at different objects and learn a few basic photo rules, such as the rule of thirds. nice work
@NikonandCanon96 your pictures really suck. you must have shot them in auto mode. you probably don't know it but i bet your parents are still pulling money out to pay for your lil' camera
Don't let everyone get on your nerves. Nobody in this whole world started of pro at photography.
More than anything, experiment with manual focusing your lens to close subjects in aperture priority. This will get you started with taking pictures with a shallow depth of field, I find these much easier than landscape shots, and it helps you understand photography a bit better =]
Lol sorry those pictures very suck. Am younger then you and I can take better pictures look at my video. Looks like some of your marco shots. Are out of foucs and you have a d70?....Why start off with such a dslr when your barely learning. You should haved start with a nikon d40-d60.But I do like some of your shots just keep practing I bet. Some of your shots are good now.
Hey, don't let these guys get to your head. I'm 14 your around 12? Okay, you've gotta admit that most of these are pretty low quality pictures. But at least you are trying! Go out, take your bike, and get it into a low light garage or some solid colored background. Take a shop light, shine it on the logo/tires, and start shooting after you've focused. I left a video response with some images of my bike in my barn. Then edit them on picnik. Have fun shooting with your NIKON, Not Canon! :) JTF
hahah sorry but... these pics are NOT good! i could take better pictures with a point and shoot, which i have.. If your a first time photographer don't get an slr.. learn about photography first. You should have gotten a point and shoot first
