    In the inner-city housing project of Toronto's Regent Park, Kendell and Mikey, like their surroundings are in the process of transformation; the environment and social pressure tempting them to make poor choices, their mothers and mentors rooting for them to succeed.

    Turning his camera on the often ignored inner city, Academy-award nominated director Hubert Davis sensitively depicts the disconnection of urban poverty and race from the mainstream.

    @staringintotheabyss Just do a quick Google search of "is the U.K part of Europe?" and you will find a variety of sources stating that it is both part of and separate from Europe. There is currently a debate about this issue however, Brits tend to separate themselves from their European neighbors.

    I'm really looking forward to the completion of the regent park redevelopment and other planned redevelopments including the ones planned for lawrence heights and alexandra park. If all of the modern style post war housing of the former m.t.h.a. and ontario housing buildings can be replaced with the newer post modern/deconstructivist buildings with their very high ratio of market rent households, then all affordable housing will eventually become self sustaining and free from government meddling

Look at the holocaust, WW2, all the wars in Europe, we've killed/robbed/enslaved each other far more than we have Africa. Africa is only greatly affected by it due to its underdevelopment to cope with the attacks that every other nation also receives. They've survived, dieing by the hundreds of thousands to disease and hunger due to their underdevelopment and requiring the aid of every other nation in existence. You are attempting to play with semantics but are doing a terrible job of it. I never alleged that Africa was a governmentless wasteland, I am talking about contrast. Everything they have in terms of tech or order, is either a cheap imitation or the result of aid. And South Africa is colonized, diff issue.
