Hubblecast 22: Hubble Space Telescope Directly Observes Exoplanet Orbiting Fomalhaut.

The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope has discovered an extrasolar planet, for the first time using direct visible-light imaging. The strange world is far-flung from its parent star, is surrounded by a colossal belt of gas and dust, and may even have rings more impressive than Saturn's.

@crazyfills The Vatican Observatory is one of the oldest astronomical research institutions in the world. It has its headquarters at the papal summer cg-cirilliW2residence in Castel Gandolfo, Italy, outside Rome.

Why nasa dont give names for galaxies + stars + planets? With each star havin 5+ planets and 200 billion stars in each galaxy and 200 billion galaxies in the universe....u think of the names...

Why can't NASA give the planets they discover REAL names like the ones in our solar system? :(

The good thing with astronomy is that everybody can agree that it's real and that we're curious about what's out there, even though you're a believer or not...

@xxDARKD3ATHxx Not entirely true. Someone from California and someone from Texas will have more in common with each other than with someone from France for example. But on the other hand that someone from France will have more in common with someone from Croatia then with either of the Americans, so no the difference is not that great. And yes there are regional differences but that was not the point. The point was that its stupid to dismiss people's opinion based on their geographic location.

Violence is not a generic issue, is the eviroment around the child, clear example is Charles mason, sick and fucked up parents, with a kid IQ of 184 score, education and good habits is what we need, serial killers, sick rapist, and a long story of cases related to this awful shit, all this caused for lock of basic education, alcoholic parents, lock of sexual education, religion, and bad social race differences.

Not a fan of violence but we could use that in order to change the mind of citizens and proof that violence is an issue of early education. And we can reverse that in so many different fields...

The discover of new planets, better education and the chance to survive our own solar system.I know we all different and we all want the best, but I think before this could happened humans we need to be in a extreme treat to open our eyes and this is very sad, since our predecessors in less than a 100000000000000000 chance wich is less than 100 years fuck up our future.....

If all the goverments could work together and for one day a week the whole entire human race, put attention to do an effort to work together and try to open more ways to make the space and stars easy to discover, if all could supply materials and brilliants minds to develop a worldwide union, and all be part of it,our chances could be better,NO WARS NO RACE DIFFERENCES NO VIOLENCE NO RICH NO POOR NO BORDERS NO POLITICS NO GREED NO ADVANTAGE OF EDUCATION,only one purpose....
