@cronoslogic Perhaps you're right. It depends how religion is taught I guess. If it's purely informational like how the religion is build up and such, it's ok to me. But if it's like "THIS IS HOW IT IS" cough Islam, then maybe it's time religion perish, at least in education. But that's just me..

Thanks 4 making this video!!!! I have a science project that's due tomorrow all about the Hubble Telescope. My teacher put us in pairs, & my partner totally bailed on me! I'm pissed at him now. I was the one who wrote the essay. I was the one who created the PowerPoint!! What did he do? He just traced the picture of the Hubble Telescope and listed only HALF the parts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! & I'm here trying to figure out what all the frigging parts do here... It took me a fucking 6 hours before

@cronoslogic I'm on to chapter 4 and thoroughly enjoying your videos, so thank you. We disagree on the free speech however. Not many forums come more public than youtube. I understand the topic of religion does get messy and nasty, but only because of all the close-minded people out there. Your videos I hope will open people's minds.

@andy55055 There is no dictation, just some simple rules on these videos. If you want to make any comments on the content of the video itself, fine. If you're pushing a religious agenda that has nothing to do with the content of the video, I'll delete it. I'm getting sick of these people that think this is an open forum, it's not. if you want an open forum, go to a chatroom or bulletin board that IS and open forum. These videos are about Hubble, space and science, end of story.

@cronoslogic I can't find what this person said, but what is wrong with commenting about religion on this video? Firstly, nobody on youtube should be dictating to anybody as to what they can and cannot discuss on an open forum such as youtube and secondly, the discoveries being made by Hubble should be opening people's minds as to how we got here and why, all of which is associated with religion. Religion and the belief in a god will be another santa claus in a few decades time.

ESA had little to do with Hubble. I love watching European documentary's. Regardless of what other people do. They will find a way to either have the vision with out the means. Or the genius that was never given credit. Its so sad.

@brutaka359 lots of telescopes are being built..as far as i know the largest is planned for 2016 and will dwarf the capabilities of this incredibly flawed yet wonderful hubblescope

I prayed to god & asked him to send Jesus over with some photos of the universe. He said J wasn't so keen as earths covered in catholics that missed the point, showing off planks of wood that the'd already used to kill him once & posting dumb stuffs on others smart work...
