Fix those little scratches before they become big rust marks.

To complete this How-To you will need:

    Your car's VIN number
    Car-wash liquid
    Clean cotton cloth
    1,500- to 2,000-grit sandpaper
    A small paintbrush
    Primer
    Touch-up paint

Step 1: Match paint to VIN

Write down your car's VIN number (located on your car's registration and your car's title) and take it to an auto shop so they can locate the precise paint color to match your vehicle.

    Step 2: Get primer

Ask the salesperson if your car's paint is enamel-based and, if so, what kind of primer to use.

Tip: Buy paint in a spray can for easier application.

    Step 3: Wash and dry

Wash the scratched area with car-wash liquid and dry with a clean cotton cloth.

    Step 4: Sand scratch

Sand the area with very fine sandpaper.

Step 5: Brush away sanding dust

Brush away the sanding dust with a small, soft paintbrush.

    Step 6: Re-sand

Re-sand to smooth out any bumps.

    Step 7: Spray primer

Spray primer onto the scratch and allow it to dry overnight.

    Step 8: Spray paint

Spray the area with touch-up paint or use the small paintbrush to apply a small amount of paint. Let it dry. If only all car repairs could be so easy!

The problem with this video is that is was made by some woman and Jesus Christ... First off, women can't drive and second, Jesus walked.

Are you kidding me, I notice we did'nt see the end result up close. Do not follow these instructions (especially on a brand new black car!). if it was that easy, car paint shops would soon be out of business. My advice is to wait until there are enough marks on your car to warrant leaving it into a professional business to do the lot at once.

@Justin4RonPaul Ok people who, park shit or cut you off should be reported, or givin a good verbal telling off but Not Keyed. Just because your a sneeky little Sh*t who cant face someone face to face and sort things out. Ya know, your probably a guy who would have a problem with someone, say nothing, hide in a bush and ambush some one. You have no Balls. you prob beat on your woman too. ONLY SCUMBAG ASSHO**SS KEY CARS. I repair enough keyed cars to know, its mostly innocent people.

I hope this is a joke. because CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION This has to be the Worst, most dangerous and least effective way to touch up damage done to a car. DONT EVER USE THIS METHOD !!! I know what im talking about. You'll do more damage than good.
