@ScullRoland Um the guy has to talk fast because he has to cover a lot of topics. I kinda always wondered why a lot of these web developer videos had guys that sounded like eunuchs on speed but I didn't fully understand until I had to make an instructional video myself. If you want to cover a lot of topics, you have to talk fast and the faster you talk the higher your voice becomes. Just be glad there's an instructional video for this period.

They should get people who have good speaking skills to do these videos. Just about every GoogleDevelopers video I watch I either can't understand them, or in this case their voice just makes me want to get far, far away from the source it is coming from.
