i miss colefield house so bad because umd legends played their like king, bias dixon, blake, and i think bias is the best out of them even though he died 3 months after his last game as a terp.
Even though I am not really a Maryland fan, but I wish Maryland would play more than one game at Cole, because Cole Field House had a lot of atmosphere and the building used to be rocking, especially when Maryland had Keith Booth, Steve Francis, Juan Dixon, Len Bias, Tom McMillen (excuse my bad spelling), Sarunas J. and others. I don't really care too much for Comcast b/c it seems more laid-back.
I know the Men's hoops team at N.C. State plays a heritage game at Reynolds Coliseum every year. Reynolds at State along with Carmichael Coliseum in Chapel Hill for Carolina are mainly used for Women's hoops games and I agree with you, I think the Terps should play at least one game a year at Cole, which has brought memorable and historic moments in both Maryland Basketball history as well as NCAA Basketball history.
It's still there. They took out the basketball court and put in two indoor soccer courts. Its used for intramurals and for events like the maryland high school wrestling championships.
