35mm film cameras are great to "noobs" at photography, like myself. I figured why not pick one up, and I got a Canon EOS 2000 in really nice condition with a lens and carrying case for $10. What I love is that you can make these things "Digital" by purchasing a Film to Digital converter, they are about 60 dollars or so on the internet. Worth it! The photos I've taken look stunning, like they came from an ultra-expensive DSLR.
Nice collection, but where are the classics? Go pick up an F or F2, or try an FM or FE, they're some awesome mechanical beauties. Also, you should try some rangefinder shooting. Rangefinders were all the rage before SLRs, you can get some second hand Voigtlaenders pretty cheap.
@NikonandCanon96 I am with you on that one man! I love collecting the slr's and looking at them. I got a lot of older ones but I have recently been buying some canon rebels and newer nikons. Loved the vid!
@TristanLAX311 haha I know. I just had fun collecting them and it's fun to compare all their features and have fun with em'. Theyre really cheap too so I figured why not!
Haha Awesome cameras bro. If dont mind dishing out a lil dough on a film camera the nikon f100 is totally awesome. its like the more expensive f5 (considered one of the worlds best film cameras) but cheaper and a few less features.
