Of course its good advice... but even after people 'get' this they then make the assumption they know what theor customer wants. If you dont and try to write it from theor perspective... its still ownt covert or at best come over a hypey
Charlie, I Like your philosophy about the copy having to be all about the client. What's in it for the customer. If more people wrote that way, they would be much more successful.
