@567Unity Oh, I am so hurt.. Someone on the internet that has some nigger teeth as his profile picture told me to "go screw myself". Looks like you screwed your own self up pretty good..
the dude was black what did u expect haha jk i heard a football player chucked a ice packed snowball at a officer so someone had it coming and that's the GPD what do expect this is what there known for
I am sure everyone wants to live in the fucked up city of new york... right.. Also it was not Greenville Police, it was ECU police that made the arrest. Maybe you should carry your ass back to New York since you love it so good with the rest of the looney's.
It was NOT dismissed. It was deferred prosecution and it was agreed upon with the officer's recommendation. Also, at the football briefing the officers WERE told to "use every measure possible to keep people from storming the field." Were you there? No. I was.
Officers did use a public address system, but it couldn't be heard over the crowd. The charges were not dropped. It's called deferred prosecution and that was the officer's reccomendation, not the court's.
This makes me glad I didn't go to ECU! That is so stupid! A snowball? you have got to be kidding me. Great school, but disgruntled law enforcement gets in the way.
These Hillbilly toy cops need to stop messing with kids and go out and do real crime. I can't stand Greenville police. They need to go to NYC and see what being a real cop is all about. They are a joke and thats why they are broke with no money. Make money being a real cop and join the NYPD
as we see now... all charges have been dropped. still in a mass crowd.... the officer should have used a bull horn.... gained control that way verse walking in the line of fire.... looks like the prosecutor saw the same thing, This is not the first time at ECU this year they made a wrong move and students were hurt. Ex... football game when they were told to watch but not stop the kids from rushing the field if a win..... overall all could have reacted better.. but still those in charge...
if the suspect runs, thats resisting, aggravated assault, and hindering apprehension. all of that warrants a good take down. who knows after showing signs of aggression, and running away, - now all of a sudden turns around and stops, who knows if he posses more danger to other students? a take down is necessary. DONT WANT TO GET YOUR ASS KICKED? DONT FUCK AROUND. WITH CIVILIANS OR COPS.
he threw a snow ball at a a human. the cop cant turn around and throw one back, its unethical, and not allowed. he cant turn around and punch the kid-
personally i think all of you would have punched the kid if he doesn't even know you, and slams a snow ball in your face. so the officer did what he was trained and taught to do. arrest the suspect for aggravated assault on a police officer.
