AHA Face Cream is a chemical exfoliant gentle enough to use 1-2x per day. Exfoliating sweeps away dead skin cells and promotes the rejuvenating effects of the antioxidants found in Revitalizing Formula and other activating products, which have many of the same benefits as Retin-A without the redness and irritation many people experience. Physical exfoliants, like Microdermabrasion Formula, may be used 1-2x per week and can be helpful on areas prone to roughness, like elbows and feet.
Isn't the chemical exfoliation (the AHA-3rd step) too much to do everyday? I thought exfoliating daily was too harsh, for both physical (grains) & chemical.
If one is using Retin-a, would that replace the AHA?
