This is my next camera. I like that it uses "AA" Batteries and has a viewfinder. Why don't they have viewfinders on digitals anymore? :(

I had this camera, but now he is broken, while filming during a heavy thunderstorm last summer: Heavy wind slam the door while i standing in the doorway with the camera and also the camera was hit because i lose my balance about this happening :( The mechanism of the lens is broken exactly, that was hit bij the door. And now i can't find a new one anymore in any store. I want a new one, exactly this one. I miss him :(

Great vid!! I have always had the canon ixus which come with rechargeable battery . this comes with AA. if the AA is rechargeable can it get charged while in the camera linked to PC?

I wish/wonder there was a way to keep the AF lamp on during filming. IF they won't provide night vision, at least give us that feature

@kingbrooks1000 no actually turn up the volume by going to a video, clicking set, then pressing up/down. The speaker sucks by the way

i like the camera. i got it last Thanksgiving but i wish the camera had the image stabilizer manually cuz that would seem easier. i basically only use the P (program mode).
