However, I'm unable to get over one thing: The uploader uploads the file to server, writes the info to log file but it remains "Uploading... Please be patient" status. So the user doesn't know the file is uploaded. Why do you think it might be?

Great Tutorial. BUT I made it work on a Windows Server but when I moved to a Linux server, it doesn´t work. I chmod 777 the files and folders. I changed the VAR URLRequest for the new location of uploader_script.php in my linux sever. I entered a new mail too. My PHP version on server is 5.2.17. Would it work if I change it to 5.3.6 ??? I can upload the file, the progress bar works but then at 100 % it halts and it never says file upload successful. please help me. Thanks in advance.

@slipknotjoeyjor Hey you said you can't upload mp3 files with this flash tutorial, but he says later in the video you can. You posted this 9 months ago so I doubt you care or remember
Thts is amazing. Thank you for making it so simple, but when testing out the file, I found that it got stuck at 100% and didn't finish uploading. Do you know the fix for this?
Hi, I need to browse to a file and bring it onto the stage? I have the code to link to an image and show it on the stage, but I can't get it to work with your code. Could you do a tutorial on this? Thanks. :-)
I would like to use this on a friend's site. He's running a non-profit organization and needs something like this for image submissions (PSD to be exact).
What is the process for getting permission to use this? Is there a cost? I would have no problem giving credit for the scripting as well, by referral in the flash itself.
