Good on you guys. you guys use domestic cats to make sure the 'wild' ones behave like 'cats'? the tuxedo cat and the 'wildone' sure were having fun.reminds me of a couple of cats I know..the little dears can really spread chaos and disorder throughout the apartment .... cant imagine the destruction the bigs ones would do to a couch .

We will keep up the "small cat" rescue - the word is out in the neighborhood: they all show up for a meal and a little snooze in the backyard. We buy pet food and then people food, but we're not skinny yet! Blessings.

Would love to do what you are!! Since I can't, will donate when I can (even though I can't send $ right now, I'll be praying). Thank you so much, there is a special place in Heaven for you. We rescue the smaller size (cats) in our neighborhood. A funny thought for you: my sister-in-law used to say if there were a lion loose in the nieghborhood, I'd be out there say "here kitty, kitty". My sister says "if you want your picture taken at Ginny's house, hold a cat". It's all true.

These animals are so wonderful. How can one think of abusing, exploiting or even killing them. Respect their innocence and freedom. Thank you to all those people who work to save them. You are real heroes. If I get a chance i would love to dedicate my life helping these animals. If I can help save life of even one it will be the biggest satisfaction in my life

about as happy as a cat can get. The cages you see such as at 3:02 allow the animal to enter and exit as it pleases. Cat owners...ever notice how a cat likes to climb inside a box and just hang out there for awhile? These cages do the same thing. They provide the cat with privacy and shelter from the elements or other cats. A cat in the wild, (especially an endangered cat like these Siberians) have a much, much tougher life. Please, go open a textbook before you open your mouths.

It's amazing the number of commenters who lament about the cages..."Oh the poor thing how horrible". Obviously NONE of these morons, while they may have kind hearts, have never studied zoology, animal psychology, or anything else having to do with animals in captivity. You can't look at a youtube video and conclude these cats live in a 10x10 caged cell. I remind you to look at 2:47. These animals are free to roam. They are free from predators, disease, poachers, and cruelty. They are

This is true at times, we wish we didn't have to exist, but then we remember if they weren't under our care these cats would be in far worse situations or dead, so that makes up for it! Then we are doing alot of work regarding the captive wildlife laws and how to get them changed, so when we walk around and see all our cats in their enclosures this is impetus for us to keep on doing the work! Thanks for commenting :)

This is a wonderful video for anyone who values these beautiful animals. It is so difficult to believe that these cats were abused and mistreated. Personally, I cannot fathom what it is in human nature that would allow abuse and neglect to occur (to ANY animal). These cats and all animals are a huge part of a spiritual landscape that fills in us a part of our longing to be part of something so much greater. Their beauty is ineffable. I think the work you are doing is incredible.
