@GormadokAege This is legit. Pause the video at 0:16, it's in black and white, right? Well.. play the video from the start and when you hit 0:16 you'll be seeing colors.

seeing how white light is actually every colour light combined (black being the absence of light) when the image switches you dont see the negative colour which only leaves the true colour remaining. the colour eventually fades back to black and white as the chemicals are gradually reformed. there is a slightly different chemical for the three LIGHT primary colours (green, blue and red) so thats how it differentiates
@GormadokAege no, when you see a colour the chemicals that are in cells in your eye break down to send electrical signals to the brain. these chemicals take a few moments to recombine and in that time you do not see that colour very well. the first picture is the negative of the real picture so the opposite colour's chemicals are degraded

bullshit. first picture is black and white. second picture is coloured and its fading slowly to black and white. there is nothing sure that this is an illusion because it also can be created to turn color to b&w.
