This project is a collision of my day and night pursuits. My day job: Architecture, My night job: Timelapse Nut. Finally the two come together in this series. For a while I've wondered if I could take a series of HDR full frame fisheye shots (sigma 4.5 in this case) and effectively use them as IBLs in an animated sequence. Turns out that it works excellent. I'll definitely be exploring this avenue again....

"full frame fisheye shots (sigma 4.5 in this case)" The Sigma 4.5mm along with the 8mm are circular fisheye lens, not full frame. The only FF is the 10mm and the 15mm* ButThis is really cool. I dont understand how you created it. lol. Can you explain some more :)

Wow, he had me fooled too and i'm usually good at catching that kind of stuff. I was actually going to post asking how you pulled off some of those impossible moves on the street and moving towards that one building LOL. Amazing stuff MiLapse, you keep putting out some great work.

Nice lighting technique using cloud time lapse. Reveals how the skin of the building reacts to the environment

I uploaded a timelapse recently, but I'm still not happy with my choice of music. I don't like it because it's an obvious rip, and it's unoriginal. :( I'm also afraid nobody would make a 9 minute long track for free, since I'm too poor to pay anyone for it. I've always loved your work!

Exactly, the TL sequence is a full dome that's lighting and contributing the background to the model. It did take quite a few nights... around 50 hours!

So this is a generated structure that you have placed into a timelapsed cloud sequence? I assume it took a while to render all the cloud reflections on the glass etc. Very nice.
