@sengelle lol it was just an example!! what i was trying to tell you is that maybe the difference in time zone between the place it was uploaded and the youtube office that received it is the answer to your question
maybe because there's a difference of 16 hours between Sydney and eastern USA (for example)... So let's say Dec 31 2008 at 1 pm (USA) = Jan 1 2009 at 5 am (Sydney)
