@lipsticklove24 I am pretty sure I got it at auraline beauty. But they have some crazy limit now of like $100 per order. You might want to try stars makeup haven or coastal scents & see if they carry these empty palettes. I bet coastal scents does.

@thejamaicancandygirl I am not sure about making the binder, but i know Enkore made a video about making binder, so try to look that up & maybe it will be more helpful.

It's oils usually. It helps all the pigment particles stick together to form a solid cake eye shadow. Without a binder you just have loose shadow.

I do not own any of those, but I am sure it will work very well on the shimmery ones. I find matte shadows don't press well at all. I'd suggest trying it with a small amount of one eye shadow & see how it works! ;)

it depends on the loose eye shadow brand you use. If you use MAC or Nix'ie, then yes. If you use a random mineral eye shadow, then no.

I think if you used too much binder it would turn out like a cream shadow. Like kind of wet & oily. And I don't know if that would even be wearable. The few drops of binder just help it stick together, but doing ONLY binder may just end up a huge mess of goo! ;)

can you just use the binder it self to press the pigment???
